Your package shows as delivered but you can't find it? Follow these steps:
- around your property (porch, mailbox, outbuildings) - carriers often leave packages in protected spots
- if they accepted it on your behalf

Yes, you may return or exchange items under the following conditions. All returns undergo meticulous inspection by our team:
Return Requirements
✓ Original condition: Unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
✓ Original packaging: Including all accessories and dust bags
✓ Hygiene standards: No makeup stains, odors, or signs of use
✓ Complete sets: Partial returns are not accepted
Timeframe
You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.
Conditions
Returned items must be:
✓ In original condition with all packaging
✓ With tags attached
✓ Unworn, unwashed, and unused
✓ Free of makeup, perfume, or odors
✓ Complete sets (partial returns not accepted)
⚠️ Note: Hosiery items (pantyhose/tights) cannot be returned due to their delicate nature.
Return Process
⚠️ Important: Returns without a completed form may experience delays or be refused.
Returns are not free of charge.
Starting March 1, 2025, a €2.29 restocking fee will apply to cover the labor required to process returned items. This allows us to carefully handle each piece without raising prices across our collections.
Additionally:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We do not provide prepaid return labels
• Standard return shipping via postal service costs approximately €5 (2025 Q1 rates)
⚠️ Important: If your item(s) are defective, please contact us before initiating a return.
Shipping via La Poste takes approximately 3 days, depending on the period. Once we receive your package, we conduct a thorough inspection and process your return within a maximum of 4 days. You will then receive an email confirming your refund or exchange.
If your return was delivered to us more than 4 business days ago and you have not received any updates, please contact us and provide your return tracking number.
Your shipment couldn't be delivered and is being returned to our warehouse. This typically occurs when:
✓ Incorrect/incomplete address was provided
✓ Package was refused at delivery
✓ Carrier error occurred during transit
